is run primarily by Dr. M.S.Mundae who has extensive medical
experience having graduated in 1967 and having worked in hospitals
in Uganda, England and Australia. He has also worked in country
practice for ten years. This has involved attachment to public
hospitals requiring total care of patients.Services available
at this clinic are:<br>

1. Family Medicine: All aspects of family medicine is dealt
with at this practice. <br>
2. Acupunture: Acupunture for various conditions is available.It
can be tried in wide range of conditions. Talk to the doctor
for more information. Laser acupuncture is an advancement which
is also available at this clinic. <br>
3 .Pre-emploment medical examination and examination for TAC
is available. Let the receptionist know that it is for full
medical so you can be booked for an extended time. <br>
4. Treatment of worker's injured at work or at transport accidents
is available. <br>
5. HeartCare Programme: This programme involves heart check
at regular intervals and advise on preventable aspects of heart
attack. Book with the receptionist for initial assessment and
enrol in this programme for regular monitoring of risk factors.

6. Pain Management: This clinic is a reconised pain management
clinic. Dr. Mundae has attended Pain Clinics in Japan, Israel
and Turkey in the past few years and is well equiped with this
important aspect of medicine. <br>
7. Impotence: This involves a great number of men and they are
reluctant to talk about this. There is treatment available for
this condition. Talk to the doctor for investigation and treatment
of this condition. <br>
7a. Prostate Check: Men above 40 years need regular check of
protate. Talk to the doctor for full chek up especially to rule
out cancer of the prostate. <br>
8. PAP Smears form an important part in detection and treatment
of cervical cancer in women. This service is available at this
clinic everyday. However some women prefer a lady doctor for
this service,hence,these women can make an appointment to see
Dr.P.K.Mundae on a Wednesday afternoon. <br>
8. Sports Medicine:All types of sports injuries requiring investigations
and treatment can be dealt at this clinic. A physiotherapist
visits this clinic on regular basis. Unfortunately the treatment
with the physiotherapist is not claimable on Medicare. <br>
9. Weight Control:Reduction of weight is a difficult problem,however,enrolling
in this programme at this clinic may be helpfull. <br>
10. Immunisation: Talk to the doctor for all types of immunisation.
<br>
11. Travel Medicine: Talk to the doctor for requiring any immunisation
or medicines when going overseas. <br>
12. Women's Health: All aspects,ncluding beast examination or
refferal for mammography can be organised. <br>
13. Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy: This is provided by visiting
service providers and appointment can be made through our receptionist.
Unfortunately these services are not claimable from Medicare.
Patients on Worker's Compensation or TAC entitlement are not
charged. There is a discount for pensioners.<br>
